About Us
Cynthia Setel, Founder and President
From the time I entered the workforce, my career has been about public service. I’ve taught high school social studies, worked on criminal justice reform, managed our County’s $900M Health and Human Services budgets, served as the CFO for Public Health, Seattle & King County and as the Director of the Housing Choice Voucher program for Seattle Housing Authority. I trained as an Interim Executive Director and served as the Interim ED for the King Conservation District and the Interim Deputy CEO and Interim COO for the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy. I focus on the importance of relationship and trust building, resulting in exceeding goals and making the work joyful and meaningful for staff. I’m based in Seattle, and have four grown daughters, a wonderful husband, two dogs, a cat, and often a foster dog or two.
