Strategic Planning

We work with leadership teams and boards to set priorities, make sure all staff are heading in the same direction while ensuring that budgets and work plans are focused on meeting the goals and values identified in the strategic plan.

Facilitation

We have a passion for creating environments where staff find meaning and joy in their work and customers feel respected. We have experience helping leadership teams identify why they are not achieving their goals, figuring out why morale problems persist, how to plan for the future of the organization, and how to build and support strong boards.

We don't follow a prescribed method of working with organizations. Each team is unique, with their own history, and personalities, and opportunities. We start by meeting with leadership to understand their concerns and objectives. We then work collaboratively to ensure that we are providing the support that can assist the agency in achieving its goals. 

Interim Executive Leadership

All organizations face times where significant change is needed. Whether it's the long-term founder retiring, a reduction in funding or shifting focus by the Board - change is difficult.

Interim Executives can assist agencies by looking at challenges and opportunities with a non-biased lens. Whether it be financial management, board development, culture change, or a myriad of other challenges, an Interim has the ability to provide more candid input to help the organization through change.
